摘　　要：CK1含硫井站采用络合铁脱硫工艺进行天然气净化处理,目前已稳定运行13年,站内存在明显的腐蚀现象,影响生产平稳运行,存在一定的安全隐患。文章通过外委检测,掌握了全站管道、设备腐蚀现状,其中管线腐蚀情况严重,存在17处关键腐蚀点,且多数为涉硫涉酸部位及弯头处。设备腐蚀情况良好,除酸气分离器外,其他设备无明显腐蚀减薄点。利用在线腐蚀监测系统掌握了站内腐蚀动态,各点位腐蚀速率均小于行业标准0.076 mm/a。结合现场实际腐蚀工况条件,根据不同设备管线腐蚀主要影响因素,优化改进了相关防腐措施。The CK1 sulfur-containing well station uses complex iron desulfurization technology for natural gas purification,which has been stable operation for 13 years.There are obvious corrosion phenomena in the station,affecting the smooth operation of production and posing certain safety hazards.Through outsourcing inspection,this paper grasped the current corrosion status of all pipelines and equipment in the station.The pipeline corrosion situation is serious,with 17 key corrosion points,most of which are in the sulfur-containing and acidic areas and bends.The equipment corrosion situation is good,and there are no obvious corrosion thinning points on other equipment except the acid gas separator.Using the online corrosion monitoring system,the corrosion dynamics of the station were grasped,and the corrosion rates at all points were less than the industry standard of 0.076 mm/a.Based on the actual corrosion conditions on site,the relevant anti-corrosion measures were optimized and improved according to the main influencing factors of corrosion for different equipment and pipelines.
