摘　　要：西部陆海新通道是我国西部地区连接“一带一路”、长江经济带与东盟及国际市场的重要纽带,通过衔接西南、西北地区交通网络,打造“铁路-海运-公路”冷链运输快线、衔接中老铁路与中欧班列冷链运输走廊等方面,形成干线衔接、节点协同的多式联运体系运输通道。随着我国与东盟产业链的深入合作,基于西部陆海新通道冷链运输计划智能编制系统业务需求、数据需求与功能需求等分析,提出系统总体架构,设计基础数据管理、冷链运输网络设计、冷链运输方案编制、冷链运输时刻表生成等功能模块,采用基于多源异构数据融合、运输路径与时刻表协同优化及运输计划可视化展示等关键技术,实现西部陆海新通道“效率-成本-韧性”冷链运输的高效化和智能化发展。The New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor is an important link connecting"the Belt and Road Initiative",Yangtze River Economic Belt,ASEAN and international markets in western China.By connecting the transportation networks in southwest and northwest regions,building a rail-sea-road cold chain transportation express line,connecting China-Laos railway with China-Europe express train cold chain transportation corridor,etc.,a multimodal transportation corridor with trunk line connection and node coordination is formed.With the in-depth industrial chain cooperation between China and ASEAN,based on the analysis of business requirements,data requirements and functional requirements of the intelligent preparation system of cold chain transporta‐tion plan for the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor,the overall system architecture is put forward,and functional modules such as basic data management,cold chain transportation network design,cold chain transportation plan preparation and cold chain transportation plan generation are designed.Key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,collaborative optimi‐zation of transportation routes and schedule and visualized display of transportation plan are adopted to realize the efficient and intel‐ligent development of the efficiency-cost-resilience cold chain transportation of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
