摘　　要：站段级铁路十八点统计工作涵盖运输、货运、客运、机辆以及收入等诸多领域,是铁路运输生产组织和经营管理的重要环节。针对传统十八点统计系统存在数据采集覆盖不全、数据关联度弱以及部门业务依赖人工操作等问题,以构建智能铁路十八点统计体系为目标,通过分析站段级铁路十八点统计系统需求,提出基于大数据与云原生技术的站段级铁路十八点统计系统解决方案,采用“一级部署,三级应用”架构模式,实现原始记录电子化和十八点报表可回溯功能,解决了统计工作效率低和人工成本高的问题。站段级铁路十八点统计系统应用后,有效提升统计数据质量,为铁路运输调度指挥提供了实时精准的决策支持,有效推动铁路运输管理数字化转型。The railway 18:00 statistical work of station-depot level covers many fields such as transportation,freight transportation,passenger transportation,rolling stock,and revenue.It is an important link in the production organization and management of rail‐way transportation.In view of the problems existing in the traditional 18:00 statistical system,such as incomplete data collection coverage,weak data correlation and dependence on manual operation of departmental business,aiming at building an intelligent eighteen-point statistical system for railway,this paper puts forward a solution of 18:00 statistical system for station-depot level based on big data and cloud native technology,and adopts the architecture mode of"one-level deployment and three-level applica‐tion"to realize the electronization of original records and the traceability of 18:00 reports,thus solving the problems of low statisti‐cal efficiency and high labor cost.After the application of the 18:00 statistical system,the quality of statistical data is effectively im‐proved,real-time and accurate decision support is provided for railway transportation dispatching command,and the digital transfor‐mation of railway transportation management is effectively promoted.
