摘  要:以轨道交通为骨干的交通基础设施网络是都市圈形成的重要前提。推进不同轨道交通方式之间互联互通,构建衔接顺畅、便捷高效的一体化轨道交通网络体系,有利于发展壮大城市群、更好促进都市圈的建设发展。通过阐释都市圈多层次轨道交通互联互通需求,从首都都市圈轨道交通服务圈层、轨道交通体系层级、多层次轨道交通互联互通等方面,探讨首都都市圈多层次轨道交通发展现状。结合首都都市圈多层次轨道交通接驳换乘服务,提出针对不同轨道交通方式分别采取“宜换则换”“宜联则联”互联互通方法的联通方式,积极推动多层次轨道交通“四网融合”发展,加快实现“零距离”换乘和一体化服务。The transportation infrastructure network with railway as the backbone is an important prerequisite for the formation of metropolitan area.Promoting the connectivity between different railway modes and building an integrated railway network system with smooth connection,convenience and efficiency are conducive to the development and expansion of urban agglomerations and better promote the construction and development of metropolitan areas.By analyzing the demand of multi-level railway connectivity in metropolitan area,this paper elaborates the development status of multi-level railway transportation in capital metropolitan area from the aspects of railway service circle,railway system level and connectivity.Considering also the connection and transfer ser‐vice in the capital metropolitan area,this paper puts forward the connectivity mode of"transfer when appropriate"and"connecting when appropriate"for different railway modes,actively promotes the development of"four-network integration"of multi-level rail‐way system,and accelerates the realization of"zero distance"transfer and integrated service.
