摘  要:为实现淮河入海水道二期滨海枢纽工程百年寿命高性能混凝土目标、预防碱骨料反应,提出混凝土性能与配合比参数控制要求。采用正交试验,对胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰和矿渣粉总掺量、减水剂品种与掺量、粉煤灰与矿渣粉掺量比4因素3水平9组配合比的抗压强度、用水量等试验结果进行极差分析。结果表明:胶凝材料用量和减水剂品种是影响混凝土28 d强度的主要因素,减水剂品种是影响混凝土用水量的主要因素;C30和C40混凝土配合比参数可选用:胶凝材料用量不大于410 kg/m^(3)、粉煤灰和矿渣粉总掺量35%~45%、粉煤灰与矿渣粉掺量比0.5~1.5、减水剂减水率不低于25%;碱骨料反应抑制效果评定有效。研究成果对可能使用碱活性骨料的百年寿命高性能混凝土配制、施工具有指导意义。In order to achieve the goal of 100-year life of high performance concrete for the Binhai hub project within the second phase of Huaihe River waterway project,and prevent the reaction of alkali aggregates,the control requirements of concrete performance and mix ratio parameters were proposed。The orthogonal test was used,and the range of the test results of compressive strength and water consumption of the dosage of cementitious material、the total content of fly ash and slag powder、the variety and dosage of superplasticizer、the dosage ratio of fly ash and slag powder of the 9 groups in 4 factors and 3 levels was analyzed。The results showed that the dosage of cementitious material and the variety of superplasticizer were the main factors affecting the 28-day strength of concrete,and the variety of superplasticizer was the main factors affecting the water consumption of concrete;The mix ratio parameters of C30 and C40 concrete can be selected:the dosage of cementitious material is not more than 410 kg/m^(3),the total content of fly ash and slag powder is 35%~45%,the ratio of fly ash to slag powder is 0.5~1.5,the water reduction rate of superplasticizer is not less than 25%;The alkali aggregate reaction inhibition effect was effectively evaluated.It is of guiding significance for the preparation and construction of 100-year-old concrete that may use alkali active aggregates.
