摘　　要：目的观察BAV不同分型患者的主动脉瓣钙化差异性。方法将222例检查确诊为BAV患者采用简单分型系统分为BAV-AP型177例和BAV-LR型45例,测量两种不同分型患者主动脉瓣膜形态结构和主动脉的数据,对比分析两型患者间主动脉瓣钙化的差异性。结果BAV-LR型患者AVC总发生率及其中重度AVC发生率、AVC合并AS发生率均高于BAV-AP型患者;BAV-LR型患者发生AVC的年龄较BAV-AP型患者年轻,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BAV不同分型患者的瓣膜钙化具有差异性,BAV-LR型患者病情大多重于BAV-AP型患者。Objective To observe the difference of aortic valve calcification in patients with different types of bicuspid aortic valve.Methods 222 patients with bicuspid aortic valve were divided into 177 patients with BAV-AP type and 45 patients with BAV-LR type by simple classification system.The aortic valve morphology and aortic data of the two types of patients were measured,and the difference of aortic valve calcification between the two types of bicuspid aortic valve patients was compared.Results The total incidence of AVC,the incidence of moderate and severe AVC,and the incidence of AVC combined with AS in patients with BAV-LR were higher than those in patients with BAV-AP.The age of developing AVC in patients with V-LR was younger than that in patients with V-AP,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions There are differences in valve calcification in patients with different types of bicuspid aortic valve,and the disease of BAV-LR patients is more serious than that of BAV-AP patients.
