摘　　要：目的探讨血清SAA、PCT、CRP水平检测诊断脓毒症的价值。方法选择2022年3月-2023年10月本院接诊的88例脓毒症患者,将其设为观察组,88例健康者设为对照组,检测CRP、SAA、PCT,对比2组差异,分析血清各指标诊断脓毒症价值。将脓毒症患者按生存情况分为2组,对比2组血清SAA、PCT、CRP水平差异,并分析各指标预测患者预后价值。结果观察组血清SAA、PCT、CRP检测值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAA、PCT、CRP诊断脓毒症均有良好的灵敏度和特异度;死亡组血清SAA、PCT、CRP检测值均高于生存组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAA、PCT、CRP预测脓毒症预后均有良好的灵敏度和特异度。结论血清SAA、PCT、CRP是诊断脓毒症的有效指标,其水平高低与患者预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum SAA,PCT and CRP levels in sepsis.Methods A total of 88 patients with sepsis admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study group,and 88 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.CRP,SAA and PCT were detected,the differences between the two groups were compared,and the value of serum indicators in diagnosing sepsis was analyzed.The patients with sepsis were divided into two groups according to their survival conditions.Differences in serum levels of SAA,PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups,and the prognostic value of each index was analyzed.Results The detection value of serum SAA,PCT and CRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAA,PCT and CRP had good sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of sepsis.The serum SAA,PCT and CRP values in death group were higher than those in survival group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAA,PCT and CRP had good sensitivity and specificity in predicting the prognosis of sepsis.Conclusions Serum SAA,PCT and CRP are effective indicators for the diagnosis of sepsis,and their levels are closely related to the prognosis of patients.
