摘　　要：自戕式肺损伤是近年来提出的一种由患者自身高呼吸驱动所致的肺损伤,目前无明确的诊断标准,早期发现及治疗尚缺乏统一共识,监测患者的呼吸活动和胸腔内压变化可做为潜在的诊断方法并指导治疗。本文将对自戕式肺损伤早期监测识别方法、预防及治疗进展作一综述。Self-injury lung injury is a kind of lung injury caused by the patient s own high respiration,which has been proposed in recent years.Currently,there is no clear diagnostic standard,and there is no consensus on early detection and treatment.Monitoring the patient s respiratory activity and intrathoracic pressure changes can be a potential diagnostic method and guide treatment.This article will review the early detection and recognition methods,prevention and treatment of self-injury lung injury.
