摘 要:为研究钢纤维和硅灰添加剂对水工混凝土耐磨性的影响,通过试验对比水胶比为0.35和0.55的混凝土在不同养护期后的耐磨性能。结果显示,抗压强度高的混凝土耐磨性更佳。钢纤维可显著提高水胶比0.35混凝土的抗压强度及耐磨性,但对水胶比为0.55的混凝土效果有限。硅灰的添加则增强了混凝土的耐磨性。水磨损试验结果表明,含钢纤维混凝土易受损,水和钢球侵蚀会导致钢纤维与混凝土分离,从而增大磨损损失。The aim of this study is to study the effects of steel fiber and silica fume additives on the wear resistance of hydraulic concrete.The wear resistance of concrete with water-binder ratio of 0.35 and 0.55 in different curing periods was compared.The results show that the concrete with high compressive strength has better wear resistance.Steel fiber can significantly improve the compressive strength and wear resistance of concrete with a 0.35 water-binder ratio but has a limited effect on concrete with a 0.55 ratio.The addition of silica fume enhances the wear resistance of concrete.The results of water wear test show that concrete containing steel fiber is easy to be damaged,and the erosion of water and steel ball can lead to the separation of steel fiber from concrete,thus increasing the wear loss.
