循环冻融下高层建筑混凝土材料性能试验研究

摘  要:以细骨料、硅酸水泥为主要原材料,采用单因素试验法对混凝土材料中的硅灰掺量、水胶比以及外加剂含量进行调整,分析不同配比添加下混凝土的相关性能变化。试验结果表明,混凝土材料中硅灰的含量为6%时,混凝土的抗冻性能较好,说明硅灰含量越高,抗冻性能越佳;混凝土中水胶比为0.45时,混凝土的力学性能较好,说明水胶比越小,力学性能越佳;外加剂含量为1%时,混凝土的抗渗性能好,说明适当外加剂含量可以增加混凝土抗渗性。研究结论可为混凝土材料配合比设计提供重要指导。This study uses fine aggregate and silicate cement as the main raw materials.The content of silica fume,water-cement ratio,and admixture content in concrete materials were adjusted using the single-factor experimental method to analyze the performance changes of concrete under different mix proportions.The test results show that when the content of silica fume in concrete materials is 6%,the frost resistance of the concrete is better,indicating that higher silica fume content leads to better frost resistance.When the water-cement ratio in concrete is 0.45,the concrete has better mechanical performance,indicating that a lower water-cement ratio results in better mechanical performance.When the admixture content is 1%,the concrete has good impermeability,suggesting that an appropriate admixture content can increase the impermeability of concrete.These conclusions provide important guidance for concrete mix design.
