体教融合背景下高校体育教学的困境与纾困之策

摘  要:体育教学虽受到全社会高度关注,但受传统教育理念束缚,教学中存在着严重的“体”“教”分离情况。为更优开展高校体育教学,提升学生身体素质,满足社会发展需求,高校需持续推进体教融合教育理念,重视体育教学与基础教学的同等地位,助力学生养成良好习惯。分析体教融合背景下高校体育教学现状,探讨当下的教育困境,积极探寻在体教融合背景下推动高校体育教学的发展策略,有益于体育学科的进步,从而为高校体育教学改革筑牢基础。Although physical education(PE)has gathered significant societal attention,traditional educational concepts continue to constrain its development,resulting in a severe separation between sports and education in teaching.To improve college PE,enhance students’physical fitness,and meet the needs of societal development,universities must promote the integration of sports and education.This requires recognizing PE as equally important as foundational academic subjects and helping students develop lifelong exercise habits.By analyzing the current state of college PE under the sports-education integration framework,this study explores existing educational challenges and actively seeks strategies to advance college PE.Strengthening the integration of sports and education will contribute to the progress of the discipline and lay a solid foundation for the reform of college PE.
