摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟药食同源中药浓缩粉组方对主蛋白酶(Mpro)的抑制作用,揭示其对COVID-19病毒侵袭的影响。方法 通过体外荧光检测、小鼠含药血清实验和细胞实验,探索自拟药食同源中药浓缩粉组方对新冠病毒复制关键酶-Mpro活性的影响。结果 中药浓缩粉对Mpro活性有抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增加;含药小鼠血清可以有效抑制Mpro的活性;中药浓缩粉能够有效抑制COVID-19侵染,呈现出浓度依赖的趋势。结论 本自拟药食同源中药浓缩粉组方可以抑制COVID-19病毒的侵袭,为新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗提供新的治疗策略。Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of a self-prepared concentrated powder of traditional Chinese medicines with both food and medicinal properties on the main protease of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),and to elucidate its impact on the invasion process of the COVID-19 virus.Methods The influence of the concentrated powder of traditional Chinese medicines on the activity of the main protease(Mpro),a cru-cial enzyme involved in the replication of SARS-CoV-2,was evaluated through in vitro fluorescence detection assays,mouse serum experiments,and cell-based assays.Results The concentrated powder of traditional Chinese medicines demonstrated an inhibitory effect on the activity of Mpro,and this inhibitory effect was positively correlated with the con-centration of the powder.The serum obtained from mice treated with the traditional Chinese medicine could effectively in-hibit the activity of Mpro.Moreover,the concentrated powder of traditional Chinese medicines could effectively suppress the infection of COVID-19 in a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion The self-prepared concentrated powder of traditional Chinese medicines with both food and medicinal properties can inhibit the invasion of the COVID-19 virus,thus providing a novel therapeutic strategy for the treatment ofcoronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).
