摘  要:烟雾病(MMD)是一种病因不明的慢性脑血管闭塞性疾病。目前该病的诊断金标准是数字减影血管造影术(DSA),但只能反映颅内动脉的狭窄或闭塞,无法对血管壁进行成像。近年来,高分辨磁共振(HR-MRI)的应用越来越广泛,可以对颅内血管的管壁进行成像,已经成为烟雾病鉴别诊断的重要工具,有助于在颅内血管壁上评估其病理变化。本研究通过查阅PubMed、Medline和中国知网等数据库,分析基于影像组学的高分辨率血管壁成像技术在烟雾病诊断中的应用,为临床提供疾病进展的详细信息,从而制定出更精准和有效的治疗方案。Moyamoya disease(MMD)is a chronic cerebrovascular occlusive disorder with an unknown etiol-ogy.Currently,digital subtraction angiography(DSA)is regarded as the gold standard for diagnosing MMD.However,it merely reflects the stenosis or occlusion of intracranial artery diseases and fails to image the blood vessel walls of such conditions.In recent years,high-resolution vessel wall imaging(HR-MRI)has been increasingly and widely utilized.It is capable of imaging the walls of intracranial blood vessels and has emerged as an essential tool for the differential diagno-sis of moyamoya disease.High-resolution magnetic resonance studies of moyamoya disease enable a deeper comprehen-sion of this disease and assist in assessing its pathological alterations on the intracranial vessel walls.In this research,by referring to databases like PubMed,Medline,and CNKI,we analyzed the application of high-resolution vascular wall ima-ging technology based on radiomics in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease.The aim is to furnish doctors with detailed in-formation regarding disease progression,thereby formulating more precise and effective treatment regimens.
