摘　　要：创伤救治护理作为创伤救治不可或缺的一环,在救治创伤患者过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。该文深入介绍了中、德两国在创伤救治体系、创伤救治护理服务流程与内容、创伤专科护士的角色定位与培训,以及创伤救治护理质量的管理等方面的现状与特点,旨在为中国创伤救治护理的持续发展和优化提供启示与思考。As an integral part of trauma care,trauma nursing care plays a crucial role in the treatment of trauma patients.This article introduces the current situation and characteristics of the trauma care system,the process and content of trauma nursing care services,the role and training of trauma nurses,and the management of the quality of trauma nursing care in China and Germany,with the aim of providing insights and reflections for the continuous development and optimization of trauma nursing care in China.
