摘 要:数字经济时代,数智技术蓬勃发展,成为制造企业服务化转型的重要驱动力。以2013—2022年沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,以动态资源基础观和双元创新理论为切入点,基于“资源—能力—行为”逻辑构建链式中介框架,探究数智技术应用对制造企业服务化转型的影响及作用机制。结果表明:数智技术应用能够促进制造企业服务化转型,这一影响在国有企业、高新技术企业和重污染企业中更加显著。创新资源配置、双元创新能力在数智技术应用与服务化转型间既发挥独立中介作用,又发挥链式中介作用。进一步分析发现,创新人力资源配置对探索式创新能力的促进作用更显著,而创新经费资源配置对利用式创新能力的促进作用更显著。结论可为数智时代制造企业服务化转型提供针对性路径建议和决策支持。Driven by the upgrading of personalized customer demands and the development of market intelligence trends,manufacturing enterprises have undergone an inevitable transition from a product-dominant logic to a service-dominant logic.Servitization transformation has become an important strategic deployment for manufacturing enterprises to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.As an important external driving force for enterprise transformation and upgrading,digital intelligence technology supports enterprises in establishing digital platforms and analyzing massive customer data,which helps in realizing flexible product and service upgrades to meet customized customer needs.Some scholars have analyzed the impact of digital development and capabilities,among other factors,on servitization,as well as the economic effects generated by the linkage between digitalization and servitization,providing a wealth of theoretical inspiration for understanding the phenomenon of digital intelligence technology driving servitization transformation.However,there are still some gaps.On the one hand,research perspectives are mostly limited to the digital level,with slightly insufficient discussion of digital intelligence in the transformation process of manufacturing enterprises.On the other hand,existing research pays more attention to the synergistic effect of digitization and servitization,lacking discussion on the mechanism of the influence of digital intelligence on the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises.In fact,digital intelligence technology itself does not confer a competitive advantage,and it needs the collaborative absorption and integration of innovation resources and innovation capabilities to provide the foundation and driving mechanism for servitization transformation.From the perspective of the relationship between resources and capabilities,existing researches believe that innovation resources are the basis for improving innovation capabilities,and resources and capabilities complement each o
