摘　　要：探索专利质押融资试点对中国经济高质量发展的影响机理,有助于提升创新能力、优化产业结构及金融资源配置,推动中国经济高质量发展。从“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念出发,构建经济高质量发展水平评价指标体系,并利用熵权TOPSIS模型对2005—2022年中国城市层面经济高质量发展水平进行测度,以专利质押融资试点为准自然实验,采用双重差分法深入探究专利质押对经济高质量发展的影响。研究发现:专利质押融资试点对经济高质量发展具有显著正向影响,其内在作用机理表现为,专利质押融资试点通过提升创新能力、优化产业结构与金融资产配置,推动城市经济高质量发展;对于知识产权保护力度、政府效率、市场化水平、人力资本和金融发展水平不同的城市,专利质押融资试点对经济高质量发展的影响具有异质性。The patent pledge financing pilot program is warranted to mitigate financial issues faced by enterprises,particularly within the scientific and technological sectors,by exploring novel approaches to patent pledge business management.The implementation of the patent pledge financing pilot program represents an innovative step towards reform and evolution.After 15 years of implementation and testing,it is necessary to evaluate and reflect upon the policy impact derived from the patent pledge financing pilot program.Accordingly,this study adopts the quintet developmental perspectives of“innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing”to offer direction and constructs an index system for the evaluation of elevated quality economic development.Through the utilization of the entropy weighted TOPSIS model,it quantitatively evaluates the degree of highquality economic development at a city level across China from 2005 through to 2022.Treating the patent pledge financing pilot program as a quasi-natural experiment,this study employs a double-difference approach to scrutinize the program's impact on China's high-quality economic development.The following hypotheses based on the correlation analysis are proposed:(1)patent pledge financing pilots can promote the high-quality development of China's economy;(2)patent pledge financing pilots may promote the high-quality development of China's economy by enhancing innovation capacity,promoting industrial structure upgrading,and optimizing the allocation of financial resources;(3)there is heterogeneity among cities in the impact of pilot patent pledge policies on high-quality economic development.The research results obtained from the empirical study are consistent with the research hypotheses constructed in this paper and lead to the following main conclusions:First,whether or not control variables are added,there is an obvious positive correlation between the pilot policy of patent pledge financing and the high-quality development of the pilot cities,indicating that
