摘 要:数字创新环境为参与者创新行为研究带来新的挑战。目前,数字创新个体/团队行为研究已得到学界广泛关注,但对于个体创新行为的心理动因仍存在矛盾观点,研究成果也较为分散,数字创新团队行为的影响特征及潜在作用机理有待梳理。为揭示数字创新团队行为的影响特征与作用逻辑,结合2010—2023年WebofScience数据库中有关数字创新、创新团队、团队行为以及三者数字化转型的相关研究,探讨数字创新的团队行为研究维度,从参与者情绪、认知、决策逻辑3个方面揭示数字创新团队行为的影响特征,并结合关键文献从开放感知机理、交互适应机理、创生决策机理3个方面归纳这些特征的作用机理。结论可丰富数字创新团队行为特征理论,完善数字创新团队行为作用机理分析,为调和数字创新个体行为心理动因的矛盾观点提供理论参考。Digitalization is continuously transforming the participants,processes,outcomes,and environment of innovation activities,creating a digital innovation environment that presents new challenges to the analysis of participants'innovative behaviors.Currently,the antecedent variables,basic effects,and mechanisms of individual behaviors in digital innovation have been extensively discussed by scholars.They have focused on the uncertainties in team behaviors emerging from individual behaviors in digital innovation contexts,as well as the contradictory psychological motivations for individual innovation behaviors from diverse perspectives.This has laid the preliminary basis for team behaviors research by examining team cooperation foundations,content,processes,environments,and more.However,contradictory views persist regarding the psychological motivations behind individual innovation behaviors among existing research,and the outcomes of team behaviors research are also scattered due to the complexity of the research.There is an urgent need to systematically review the influencing characteristics of team behaviors in digital innovation and study the underlying mechanisms.To fully understand the influencing characteristics and logical effects of team behaviors in digital innovation,this study reviews 263 literatures from the Web of Science database spanning from 2010 to 2023,focusing on digital innovation,innovation teams,team behaviors,and the digital transformation of the three.It evaluates the research orientation of team behaviors in digital innovation and conducts an analysis of the main influencing factors and potential mechanisms of digital innovation team behaviors.The analysis of research orientation indicates that while the research fields and contexts of digital innovation team behaviors are diverse,they generally shift from focusing on"individual psychological traits in digital scenarios"to addressing"complex and innovative collaborative patterns and decision-making."Despite the lack of integrated results in e
