摘 要:针对传统地震灾后调查效率低,难以满足快速响应需求的问题,提出采用开源数字地球平台WorldWind进行二次开发,并辅以遥感技术,提供迅速、覆盖范围广、信息量大、不受地形限制等的地震灾后调查手段。地球内部的地层板块之间互相挤压、堆叠、碰撞是地震发生的主要原因。地震发生后,利用遥感技术可以获取灾区破坏情况,是地震救援工作开展的重要辅助手段。研究结果表明:虽然地震无法准确预报,但通过基于WorldWind的地震灾害管理系统平台的建立,应用遥感影像的震后信息收集和统计分析,可以对地震应急救援决策、灾后重建、灾害后期调查以及灾害信息管理提供参考,辅助灾后决策,提高灾后重建效率。In view of the low efficiency of traditional post earthquake survey and the difficulties in meeting the demand for rapid response,the open source digital earth platform WorldWind is proposed for secondary development and supplemented by survey means like remote sensing technology,providing rapid,wide coverage,large amount of information,terrain free and other post earthquake ones.The compression,stacking and collision of geological plates within the earth's interior are the main causes of earthquakes.After an earthquake occurs,remote sensing technology can be used to obtain the damage information in the disaster areas,which is an important auxiliary means for earthquake rescue work.The research results indicate that although earthquakes cannot be accurately predicted,the establishment of an earthquake disaster management system platform based on WorldWind and the application of remote sensing images for post earthquake information collection and statistical analysis which can not only provide reference for earthquake emergency rescue decision-making,post disaster reconstruction,post disaster investigation and disaster information management,but also assist in post disaster decision-making and improve post disaster reconstruction efficiency.
