摘　　要：新型基础测绘是对传统基础测绘的继承和发扬,具备“全球覆盖、海陆兼顾、联动更新、按需服务、开放共享”等特征,实体数据是其重要组成之一。介绍了辽宁省1∶10000基础地理信息要素数据及地理实体数据的结构,提出了实体数据转换生产的技术方案,通过沈阳市沈北新区的实体数据转换生产试验对技术方案进行了验证,评估了自动化程度,分析了影响自动化程度的原因,为省级实体数据转换生产提供了技术参考。The new type of basic surveying and mapping is an inheritance and development of traditional basic surveying and mapping with features such as global coverage,balance between land and sea,linkage updates,on-demand services and open sharing.Physical data is one of its important components.In this article,the structure of 1∶10000 basic geographic information element data and geographic entity data in Liaoning Province are introduced,the technical scheme of entity data conversion production is put forward.The technical scheme gets verified through the entity data conversion production experiment in Shenbei New District,Shenyang City,the degree of automation is evaluated,and the reasons affecting the degree of automation are analyzed.All above provide technical reference for provincial-level entity data conversion production.
