摘  要:以淅川县为研究区,针对库区土地利用优化问题,构建了基于资源环境承载力的综合评价体系。通过分析淅川县土地利用总量与空间分布的时空变化特征,结合区域资源禀赋与环境条件,选取涵盖土地资源、水资源、生态环境及社会经济等维度的多层次指标,运用熵值法确定权重,并借助ArcGIS 10.2进行空间分析与叠加计算,综合评价资源环境承载力。结果表明:淅川县资源环境承载力整体处于中低水平,低承载力区域占比达42%,主要分布于库区周边;高承载力区域仅占4%,集中于厚坡镇、丹阳镇等地。研究进一步提出优化建议,包括严格划定生态保护红线、强化水源地治理、集约利用建设用地、发展生态农业与旅游业等,以实现库区土地资源可持续利用与生态保护协同发展。In this article,Xichuan County of Tonghua City in Jilin Province is taken as the research area,to address the optimization of land use in the reservoir areas,a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed based on resource and environmental carrying capacity.By analyzing the spatiotemporal characteristics of the total land use and spatial distribution in Xichuan County,combing with regional resource endowment and environmental conditions,the multi-level indicators covering dimensions such as land resources,water resources,ecological environment and socio-economic factors were selected.The entropy method was used to determine weights and ArcGIS 10.2 was used for spatial analysis and superposition calculation to comprehensively evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity.The results show that the overall resource and environmental carrying capacity in Xichuan County is at a medium low level,with low carrying capacity areas accounting for 42%,mainly distributed around the reservoir areas,high carrying capacity areas account for only 4%,concentrated in such areas as Houpo Town and Danyang Town.The further optimization suggestions,including strictly delineating ecological protection red lines,strengthening water source management,intensively utilizing construction land,developing ecological agriculture and tourism etc.are proposed in the research,to achieve coordinated development of sustainable use of land resources and ecological protection in the reservoir areas.
