摘 要:当前浅色革在汽车座垫中的应用越来越多,然而浅色革容易发生黄变现象,这限制了浅色革的应用。基于浅色革的黄变机理及影响因素,文章提出了一套针对汽车座垫浅色革黄变的验证方法和相应要求,主要包括复合海绵后面套的热老化验证、具体车型车窗玻璃测试的光老化验证以及一种新型的系统性胺化染色试验方法。经过实际应用,以上验证方法可以准确地识别设计前期浅色革的黄变风险,对汽车座垫浅色革的应用具有指导意义。Currently,there is a growing application for light-colored leather in the automotive seat cover.However,the tendency of light-colored leather to yellow limits its application.Based on the mechanism of yellowing and influencing factors,this work proposed a set of verification methods and the corresponding requirements for the yellowing of lightcolored leather.They mainly included the thermal aging test method for bonded overs,the light aging verification adding specific vehicle window glass,as well as a new and systematic amination dyeing method.Through the practical application,these verification methods can accurately identify the yellowing risk of light-colored leather fabrics in the early stage of design,providing the guidance for their application.
