摘 要:我国550 kV开关的额定短路开断电流亟需从63 kA提高至80 kA,且自能式断路器在大容量开断方面具有较大优势。通过构建考虑多阀片连续运动的磁流体动力学模型,对一款550 kV自能式断路器在63 kA和80 kA短路电流下的电弧开断过程展开仿真分析,获取单向阀、回气阀和泄压阀的受力运动特性。研究表明,不同短路电流作用下各阀片受力特性相似。短路电流越大,单向阀关闭时刻越早,运动速度越快且峰值达25.5 m/s,同时膨胀室内冷热气体混合更充分;回气阀在燃弧阶段相对右侧壁面保持静止;泄压阀在燃弧3.90 ms后于初始位置右侧作往复运动,最远位置可达339.54 mm。The rated short-circuit breaking current of 550 kV switches in China urgently needs to be increased from 63 kA to 80 kA.Moreover,the self-blast circuit breakers have great advantages in large-capacity breaking.By constructing a magnetohydrodynamics model considering the continuous motion of multiple valves,a simulation analysis of the arc breaking process for a 550 kV self-blast circuit breaker under short-circuit currents of 63 kA and 80 kA is carried out.The force and motion characteristics of the check valve,the gas return valve and the pressure relief valve are obtained.The study shows that the force characteristics of each valve are similar under different short-circuit currents.The larger the short-circuit current is,the earlier the closing time of the check valve is,the higher its motion speed is,with a peak value of 25.5 m/s,and the more sufficient the mixing of hot and cold gases in the expansion chamber is.The gas return valve remains stationary relative to the right side wall during the arcing stage.The pressure relief valve makes a reciprocating motion on the right side of the initial position after 3.90 ms of arcing,and the farthest distance can reach 339.54 mm.
