砭石罐灸疗法联合Benson放松技术在炎症性肠病患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨砭石罐灸疗法联合Benson放松技术在炎症性肠病患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将101例炎症性肠病患者分为试验组50例和对照组51例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,试验组在此基础上实施砭石罐灸疗法联合Benson放松技术,比较两组患者症状、临床疗效、焦虑抑郁程度、睡眠质量、疲劳程度及生活质量。结果试验组患者症状较对照组减轻(P<0.01),临床疗效、焦虑抑郁程度、睡眠质量、疲劳程度及生活质量较对照组改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论通过实施砭石罐灸疗法联合Benson放松技术可以减轻炎症性肠病患者症状,提高临床疗效,缓解相关心理问题,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of Bianstone cupping therapy combined with Benson relaxation technique on patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods A total of 101 patients with IBD were divided into a control group(n=51)and an experimental group(n=50)using random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment and care,while the experimental group were given a combination of Bianstone cupping therapy and Benson relaxation technique routine care.The symptoms,clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression,sleep quality,fatigue level,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the symptoms of patients in the experimental group were significantly alleviated(P<0.01).And the experimental group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression,sleep quality,fatigue level and quality of life(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing Bianstone cupping therapy combined with Benson relaxation technique effectively alleviates IBD symptoms,enhances clinical efficacy and sleep quality,alleviate related psychological issues in IBD patients,and improves the quality of life of patients.
