摘　　要：目的探讨造血干细胞移植患者实施弹力带抗阻运动方案的应用效果。方法将46例行异基因造血干细胞移植的患者随机分为对照组25例和干预组21例。对照组采用常规活动指导,干预组在常规活动指导基础上进行弹力带抗阻运动锻炼,比较两组患者锻炼依从性、上肢握力、下肢肌力、心肺功能和生活质量。结果干预组锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中躯体功能优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者移植后3个月,上肢握力、下肢肌力及心肺功能试验均较出仓时有所改善。结论异基因造血干细胞移植患者住院期间进行弹力带抗阻运动安全可行,能提高患者锻炼依从性、上肢握力、下肢肌力、心肺功能和生活质量,对加速患者康复具有一定的临床价值。Objective To explore the feasibility and application effect of elastic band resistance exercise intervention for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplants.Methods A total of 46 patients who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants were randomly divided into a control group of 25 cases and an intervention group of 21 cases.The control group received routine activity guidance,while the intervention group received elastic band resistance exercise training in addition to routine activity guidance.The two groups were compared in terms of exercise compliance,upper limb grip strength,lower limb muscle strength,cardiopulmonary function and quality of life.Results The exercise compliance of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the intervention group was better than that of the control group and(P<0.05),and 3 months after transplantation,the upper limb grip strength,lower limb muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function tests were significantly improved compared with those at the time of discharge.Conclusion Elastic band resistance exercise is safe and feasible for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants patients during hospitalization,which can improve exercise compliance,upper limb grip strength,lower limb muscle strength,cardiopulmonary function and quality of life,and has certain clinical value in accelerating the recovery of patients.
