老年肌少症筛查量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化老年肌少症筛查量表并检验其信效度。方法基于Brislin翻译原则,将英文版老年肌少症筛查量表进行汉化,形成中文版本。2023年11月至2024年1月便利选取河南省某三级甲等医院230例住院患者进行调查,验证中文版量表信效度。结果中文版老年肌少症筛查量表共7个条目。该量表条目内容效度指数为0.857~1.000,量表水平内容效度指数为0.857。量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.622,折半信度为0.608,重测信度为0.922。经探索性因子分析共提取2个公因子。量表最佳临界值为≥3分,ROC曲线下面积为0.921,灵敏度为88.64%,特异度为84.41%。结论中文版老年肌少症筛查量表具有较好的信效度及诊断效能,可用于老年肌少症的早期筛查。Objective To translate the Sarcopenia Geriatric Scale(SARCO-GS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on Brislin's translation principles,the English version of SARCO-GS was translated and adapted into Chinese.From November 2023 to January 2024,a convenience sample of 230 hospitalized patients from a tertiary class A hospital in He'nan Province was recruited to validate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Results The Chinese version of the SARCO-GS contained 7 entries,with content validity indices ranged from 0.857 to 1.000,the overall consistency content validity index was 0.857.The total Cronbach's alpha coefficient of scale was 0.622,the split-half reliability was 0.608,and a re-test reliability was 0.922.Following with exploratory component analysis,two metric factors were identified.The scale had an optimal threshold of≥3 points,an area under the ROC curve was 0.921,the sensitivity was 88.64%,and the specificity was 84.41%.Conclusion The Chinese version of the SARCO-GS screening scale has high reliability with validity and diagnostic efficiency that make it suitable for early diagnosis of sarcopenia in the elderly.
