摘　　要：目的探讨临床护士死亡应对能力现状及其影响因素,为制订针对性干预措施提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、死亡应对量表和成人依恋量表对陕西省某三级甲等医院的371名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士死亡应对能力得分为(110.00±24.19)分,其中生命省察能力条目均分最高(4.86±0.42)分、死亡后事宜处理能力条目均分最低(3.04±0.22)分。1年内接受过死亡教育相关培训、死亡态度、家中谈论死亡话题情况、亲近依恋、焦虑依恋以及依赖依恋6个因素对临床护士死亡应对能力产生影响。结论临床护士死亡应对能力处于中等水平,且受到成人依恋等因素的影响。建议护理管理者可以通过临床护士所属的依恋风格制订个性化死亡教育课程,有效缓解临床护士面临死亡相关事件的焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪,提升临床护士心理健康水平,促进临床护理工作专业化。Objective To explore investigate the current situation and influencing factors of clinical nurses'death coping,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods A total of 371 clinical nurses from in a tertiary class A hospital were selected in Shaanxi Province.The general information questionnaire,Coping with Death Scale and Adult Attachment Scale were used to investigation.Results The average score of coping with death competence was(110.00±24.19),with a highest score of life conservation ability(4.86±0.42)and the lowest score of post-death handling(3.04±0.22).The number of death training in the past one year,death attitude,the situation of talking about death with family members,close attachment,anxious attachment and dependent attachment style,had important impact on clinical nurses'coping with death.Conclusion The level of clinical nurses on coping with death is at a medium level,which is affected by adult attachment.Nursing managers can develop personalized death education courses according to the attachment style to alleviate the anxiety,fear and other bad emotions of facing death-related events,improve the mental health level of clinical nurses,and promote the specialization of clinical nursing work.
