摘 要:纱线作为一种复杂的多孔介质,其孔隙结构会对液体的扩散产生重要影响。为了更加合理预测纱线导液能力,在考虑纤维在纱线中的取向和分布的基础上,提出一种非饱和扩散模型,用于预测定量液体在棉纱中的扩散行为。采用线密度为16 tex和24 tex,捻度分别为200、400、600、800、1000 T/m的10个规格的脱脂棉纱,滴液量为3.0μL,进行水平滴液扩散实验来验证非饱和扩散理论模型。结果表明,与Washburn方程相比,非饱和扩散理论模型针对扩散后期预测的扩散曲线与实际结果更吻合,16 tex的扩散距离的预测值与实验结果的Pearson相关性系数为0.9874,24 tex的Pearson相关性系数为0.9717,说明非饱和扩散理论模型具有较好的准确性。As a complex porous medium,the pore structure of yarn has a significant impact on the diffusion of liquids.In order to more reasonably predict the liquid-carrying capacity of yarn,a non-saturated diffusion modelwas proposed,based on the orientation and distribution of fibers in yarn,for predicting the diffusion behavior of quantitative liquids in cotton yarn.Ten specifications of de-oiled cotton yarn with line density of 16 tex and 24 tex,and twist of 200,400,600,800,1000 T/m were used to verifythe non-saturated diffusion theoretical model through horizontal drop diffusion experiments with a drop volume of 3.0μL.The results showed that compared with the Washburn equation,the diffusion curves predicted by the non-saturated diffusion model are more consistent with the actual results.The Pearson correlation coefficient between the predicted diffusion distance of 16 tex and the experimental results is 0.9874,and the Pearson correlation coefficient of 24 tex is 0.9717,indicating that the unsaturated diffusion theoretical model has good accuracy.
