综合护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：以慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者为研究重点,探究临床护理对此类患者实施综合护理干预的应用价值。选择2022年3月至2024年3月德州市夏津县收治的慢性丙型病毒型肝炎患者108例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各54例。对照组采取常规护理干预措施,实验组采取综合护理干预措施,均干预6个月。随后,比较分析两组患者的肝功能指标、生存质量、治疗依从性、护理满意度,判断综合护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎护理中的应用价值。研究表明,干预后实验组患者的总胆红素(TBiL)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)等肝功能指标明显低于对照组,实验组的躯体功能、情感功能、社会关系、环境领域等生存质量显著高于对照组,且干预后实验组治疗依从性以及对心理干预、服务态度、健康教育、专业水平等护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综上所述,本研究通过深入分析和对比,验证了综合护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者的护理中是有效的,该护理模式对患者肝功能、生存质量有明显改善,明显提高患者治疗依从性、护理满意度,值得在临床护理中进一步推广。This study focuses on patients with chronic viral hepatitis C,aiming to explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical nursing for such patients.108 patients with chronic hepatitis C treated in Xiajin County,Dezhou from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.The cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly.The conventional nursing intervention was adopted in the control group,and the comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the experimental group.The intervention lasted for 6 months.Subsequently,the liver function index,quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed,and the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in chronic viral hepatitis C nursing was judged.The study found that after intervention,the liver function indexes such as TBiL,AST and ALT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life in the physical function,emotional function,social relations and environmental fields in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After intervention,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction with psychological intervention,service attitude,health education and professional level of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In summary,through in-depth analysis and comparison,this study reveals that comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in the nursing of patients with chronic viral hepatitis C,and this nursing mode can significantly improve the liver function and quality of life of patients,improve patients’treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing.
