中职护理专业学生职业意识培养实践探索——以德州卫生学校班级管理实践经验为例

摘  要:新医疗模式要求护理工作者不仅要有扎实的医学基础知识,还要具备良好的职业意识和职业道德等人文素养。通过问卷调查和访谈分析,了解我校护理专业学生职业意识现状及影响因素,分析用人单位对学生职业素养需求,在班级管理中对学生职业道德、职业情感、职业行为等进行渗透教育,提出班级管理中促进学生职业意识培养的基本要求和相关策略。The new medical model requires that nursing workers not only have a solid basic knowledge of medicine,it is also necessary to have good professional awareness,professional ethics and other humanistic qualities.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,to understand the current situation and influencing factors of nursing students’v ocational awareness in our school,reflect the needs of employers for students’professional quality,and conduct penetrative education on students’professional ethics,professional emotions and professional behaviors in class management.This paper puts forward the basic requirements and related strategies for promoting the cultivation of students’vocational consciousness in class management.
