摘  要:大学生群体是国家最宝贵的人力资源,他们的就业和职业发展对于推动科技创新、文化繁荣和社会进步具有不可替代的作用。随着每年毕业人数的不断增加,大学生就业问题日益严峻,求职行为也呈现出多样化的趋势。本研究通过对大学生就业心理的调查,以计划行为理论为框架,探讨了就业态度对就业行为的影响,以及主观规范、就业自我效能感、知觉行为控制的中介作用。结果显示:就业态度、主观规范、就业自我效能感与知觉行为控制能够显著正向预测就业行为,主观规范、就业自我效能感、知觉行为控制能够在就业态度对就业行为的影响中起到部分中介作用,具体表现为就业态度越良好,主观规范水平提高、就业自我效能感提高、知觉行为控制水平提高,从而引起就业行为显著增加。该研究为高校引导大学生树立正确就业观,改善就业行为,提升就业率提供了一定的理论依据。The undergraduates population is the most valuable human resource in the country,and their employment and career development play an irreplaceable role in promoting technological innovation,cultural prosperity,and social progress.With the continuous increase in the number of graduates each year,the employment problem forcollege students is becoming increasingly severe,and job-seeking behavior is also showing a diversified trend.This study investigates the employment psychology of undergraduates and explores the impact of employment attitudes on employment behavior,as well as the mediating effects of subjective norms,self-efficacy,and perceived behavioral control,using the framework of the planned behavior theory.The results show that employment attitude,subjective norms,employment self-efficacy,and perceived behavioral control can significantly and positively predict employment behavior.Subjective norms,employment self-efficacy,and perceived behavioral control partially mediate the impact of employment attitude on employment behavior.Specifically,the better the employment attitude,the higher the levels of subjective norms,employment self-efficacy,and perceived behavioral control,which leads to a significant increase in employment behavior.This provides a theoretical basis for universities to guide undergraduates to establish a correct employment concept,improve employment behavior,and increase employment rates.
