摘 要:为提高储能型双馈调相机多机协同频率控制性能,提出一种基于优劣解距离法的动态协同控制策略。在频率支撑过程中,通过实时感知机组运行状态,构建了包含转子动能储备、有功支撑裕度及爬坡速率的多维度评价指标体系,量化了机组间调频能力差异。首先,建立了基于能量动态特性与系统稳定约束的调相机频率支撑能力评估模型,推导了虚拟惯量控制系数的最大可行域边界;然后,设计了多目标协同优化框架,基于优劣解距离法动态计算了机组综合评分,实现了虚拟惯量控制系数的自适应分配。仿真结果表明,相较于固定参数控制策略,所提方法能够有效改善系统暂态频率特性,显著抑制频率变化,同时确保了所有机组转速严格运行于安全区间。该研究成果为高比例新能源电力系统的频率协同控制提供了一定的技术支撑。To enhance the performance of multi-machine cooperative frequency control for energy storage doubly-fed condensers,a Technique for order perference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)-based dynamic cooperative control strategy is proposed.In the process of frequency support,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system containing rotor kinetic energy reserve,active support margin and climbing rate is conducted by real-time monitoring of operational states of the units,which quantifies the differences in frequency regulation capability among units.Firstly,a frequency support capability assessment model of the condenser based on energy dynamic characteristics and system stability constraints is established,and the maximum feasible domain boundary of the virtual inertia control coefficients is derived.Then,a multi-objective cooperative optimization framework is designed to dynamically calculate the comprehensive scores of the units based on TOPSIS,and the adaptive assignment of virtual inertia control coefficients is realized.Simulation results show that compared with the fixed parameter control strategy,the proposed method can effectively improve the transient frequency characteristics of the system,significantly suppress the frequency variation,and at the same time ensure that all the unit speeds are strictly operated in the safety interval.The research results provide a certain technical support for frequency coordination control of power systems with a high propertion of new energy.
