离子色谱法测定烟气吸收液中6种阳离子和2种有机胺

摘  要:采用电导抑制-梯度淋洗离子色谱法,建立碳捕集溶剂法测定烟气吸收液中有机胺成分羟乙基乙二胺(AEEA)、甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)以及NH_(4)^(+)、K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)、Li^(+)6种阳离子的方法。通过优化甲磺酸梯度淋洗条件,CS17色谱柱洗脱,快速有效分离AEEA、MDEA与6种阳离子,电导检测器定量。结果表示,待测物的检出限为0.009mg/L~0.098mg/L,平行测定相对标准偏差在0.2%~3.4%范围内,加标回收率在88.6%~110.6%之间。该方法检出限低,精密度好,准确度高。在复杂基质化工溶液中针对胺类物质与无机离子的检测具有良好的应用前景。A method of gradient elution ion chromatography conductivity inhibition has been developed.This method can detect two organic amines,hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine(AEEA)and methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),as well as NH_(4)^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+),Na^(+),Mg^(2+),Li^(+).The gradient elution procedure of methanesulfonic acid eluent was optimized,and the CS17 chromatography column was selected for elution of the analyte to achieve rapid and effective separation of organic amines from the analyte.An inhibitory conductivity detector was used for direct detection.The detection limit for organic amine components and six cations ranged from 0.009mg/L to 0.098mg/L.Parallel determination had a relative standard deviation between 0.2%and 3.4%,and the spiking recovery rate was between 88.6%and 110.6%.This method has a low detection limit,good precision,and high accuracy.The detection of organic components and inorganic ions in complex chemical solutions has promising applications.
