摘 要:采用离子色谱法测定了贫胺液中5种阴离子含量,并对淋洗液浓度、配比和温度进行试验研究。该方法采用A SUPP5-250型阴离子分析柱,p H为9~11、碳酸钠(3.2mmol·L^(-1))、碳酸氢钠(1.0mmol·L^(-1))以及5%丙酮溶液组成的混合溶液条件下进行的分离和检测,实现了氟离子(F^(-))、氯离子(Cl^(-))、亚硫酸根(SO_(3)^(2-))、硫酸根(SO42-)与硫代硫酸根(S_(2)O_(3)^(2-))等5种离子的同时测定。结果表明:1)各阴离子均与温度呈正相关关系,SO_(3)^(2-)与SO_(4)^(2-)受温度影响较为显著;2)随着碳酸钠浓度的不断增加,分离速度越快,效果越显著;3)各阴离子质量浓度在1.00~100.00mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9995,精密度(RSD)均小于2%,3个质量浓度添加水平的回收率在86.0%~101.5%之间。建立的测定贫胺液中5种阴离子含量的分析方法前处理简单,结果准确,具有较强的可靠性和实用性,并为装置控制SO2排放限值提供重要理论依据。The concentration,ratio and temperature of the eluent were investigated experimentally.A SUPP5-250 anion analytical column was used for separation and detection under the condition of pH 9-11 and mixture consisting of sodium carbonate(3.2mmol·L^(-1)),sodium bicarbonate(1.0mmol·L^(-1))and 5%acetone solution,and the simultaneous determination of five ions including fluoride ion(F-),chloride ion(Cl-),sulfurous acid radical(SO_(3)^(2-)),sulfate radical(SO_(4)2-)and thiosulfate anion(S2O32-)was realized.The results showed that:1)all anions were positively correlated with the temperature,SO_(3)^(2-)and SO_(4)^(2-)were more significantly affected by temperature;2)with the increasing concentration of sodium carbonate,the faster the separation speed was,the more significant the effect was;3)the linearity was good when the mass concentration of each anion was in the range of 1.00-100.00mg·L^(-1).The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9995,and the precision(RSD)was all less than 2%.The recoveries at the three mass concentrations ranged from 86.0%to 101.5%.The method is simple in pre-treatment,accurate in results,highly reliable and practical,and provides an important theoretical basis for the device to control the SO2 emission limit.
