摘 要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铁精粉中17种痕量元素的分析方法。优化了ICP-MS的工作参数,考察了^(45)Sc、^(103)Rh、^(115)In、^(159)Tb、^(187)Re 5种内标元素的校正作用,利用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线以校正基体效应,采用电子稀释技术以满足高低含量组分同时测定的需求,确立了推荐最佳试验条件。在优化实验条件下,各待测元素的校准曲线线性相关系数在0.9991~1.0000之间,检出限在0.001~0.97μg/g之间,回收率在95~112%之间,精密度在0.1~5.7%之间。该方法简单快速,可满足目前市场对铁精粉中痕量杂质元素含量的检测需求。The working parameters of ICP-MS were optimized;the correction effects of five internal standard elements:^(45)Sc,^(103)Rh,^(115)In,^(159)Tb,and ^(187)Re,were examined;matrix matching method was used to draw the calibration curve to correct the matrix effect;the electron dilution technique was adopted to meet the needs of simultaneous determination of high and low content components.The recommended optimal experimental conditions were established.The results showed that the detection limit of this method was between 0.001μg/g and 0.97μg/g,the recovery rate was between 95%and 112%,the precision was between 0.1%and 5.7%.The method is simple and fast,and can meet the current market demand for the detection of trace impurity elements in iron concentrate powder.
