摘  要:建立了气相色谱法同时测定环境空气中乙胺、二乙胺、正丙胺、正丁胺和正辛胺的方法。采用碱性硅胶采样管吸附采样,稀硫酸溶液解析,以气相色谱法测定5种有机胺化合物的含量。实验结果表明,5种有机胺化合物在0.10~20.0mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.001~0.010mg·m^(-3),3个不同浓度水平的样品加标回收率为88.7%~103.5%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.89%~3.46%。A gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of ethylamine,diethylamine,n-propylamine,n-butylamine and n-octylamine in ambient air was established.The content of 5 kinds of organic amine compounds was determined by gas chromatography using alkaline silica gel sampling tube and dilute sulfuric acid solution.The experimental results showed that the mass concentration of 5 organic amines had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the concentration range of 0.10-20.0mg·L^(-1).The detection limit of the method was 0.001-0.010mg·m^(-3).The recoveries of 3 samples with different concentration levels were 88.7%-103.5%.The relative standard deviation(n=6)of the measured values was 1.89%-3.46%.
