钼酸铵-便携式光度法在水质总磷应急监测中的应用

摘  要:研究钼酸铵-便携式光度法在水质总磷应急监测中的应用,分别对消解时长、显色温度、显色时间、消解管放置方向及预制试剂、自配试剂进行分析比对,优化实验条件,从而保证使用钼酸铵-便携式光度法测定水质总磷时结果的准确性和稳定性。在研讨出的最佳实验条件下,校准曲线具有良好的线性,相关系数满足>0.999,质控样的测量结果均在保证值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)可达0.31%(n=6),在该条件下,进行方法对比,得到钼酸铵-便携式光度法与国标方法无显著性差异结论,并将该方法应用于海水测定,为海上应急提供新思路。The digestion time,color development temperature,color development time,digestion tube placement direction,and pre-made reagents were analyzed and compared to optimize the experimental conditions,thereby the accuracy and stability of the results when using ammonium molybdate-portable spectrophotometry to measure total phosphorus in water quality is ensured.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the calibration curve showed good linearity with a correlation coefficient more than 0.999.The measurement results of the quality control were all within the guaranteed value range,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.31%(n=6).The method comparison showed no significant difference between the ammonium molybdate-portable spectrophotometry and the national standard method.Applying this method to seawater determination can provide new ideas for marine emergency response.
