摘  要:原油中砷元素主要以有机砷化物形态存在,受热易分解损失,通过优化改进剂及石墨炉操作条件,建立了煤油基-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定原油及重油样品中As含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,所建立的直接进样法在0~1000μg/L砷浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为6.1μg/L,定量限为18.3μg/L,加标回收率在96.5%~102.8%之间,并通过与标准SY/T 0528-2008方法结果对比进一步验证本方法具有操作更为简便、准确度高等优点,完全满足原油样品中砷的快速检测需求。Based on the characteristics of arsenic in crude oil mainly exist in the form of organic arsenide and easy decompose and lose when heated,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method is established to determinate As content in crude oil directly.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 in the range of 0-1000μg/L,the detection limit is 6.1μg/L,the limit of quantitation is 18.3μg/L,the recoveries of spiked samples are between 96.5%and 102.8%.Through the comparison with the results of SY/T 0528-2008 method,it is verified that this method has more convenient operation and higher accuracy,which fully meets the needs of rapid detection of arsenic in crude oil.
