摘  要:透闪石石棉和阳起石石棉特征衍射峰极为接近,较难通过X射线衍射(XRD)进行定性分析。不同地区的石棉光学特性可能会有所差异,导致通过偏光显微镜(PLM)来区分透闪石石棉和阳起石石棉较为困难,给定性分析带来挑战。本研究结合XRD、PLM和扫描电镜能谱(SEM/EDS)3种测试手段,对保温棉中透闪石石棉和阳起石石棉的检测展开研究,提高了检测结果的准确性,为保温棉中透闪石石棉和阳起石石棉的检测提供了有利参考。The characteristic diffraction peaks of tremolite asbestos and actinolite asbestos are very close to each other,which is difficult to be qualitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The optical properties of asbestos may vary from region to region,making it difficult to distinguish tremolite asbestos from actinolite asbestos by polarizing light microscopy(PLM),which poses a qualitative challenge.In this study,XRD,PLM and SEM/EDS test methods were used to study the detection of tremolite asbestos and actinolite asbestos in thermal insulation cotton,which improved the accuracy of the detection results.
