摘 要:为深入研究304L不锈钢的腐蚀行为,探究其在胺法CO_(2)捕集体系中的应用前景,利用长周期浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学测试方法(动电位循环极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱),结合扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱分析手段,分析了304L不锈钢在胺法CO_(2)捕集体系下的腐蚀速率、电化学行为及耐蚀能力的差异。结果表明:304L不锈钢在胺法CO_(2)捕集体系中随温度升高腐蚀电位降低,维钝电流密度增大,过钝化电位降低,耐蚀性下降;高Cl^(-)浓度易诱发点蚀,但CO_(2)的引入使钝化膜保护性更好;304L不锈钢在胺法CO_(2)捕集体系中的腐蚀速率较低,这与其形成以致密的Cr_(2)O_(3)为主要成分的钝化膜有关。In order to deeply study the corrosion behavior of 304L stainless steel and explore its application prospect in amine CO_(2) capture system,this paper analyzes corrosion rate,electrochemical behavior,and corrosion resistance of 304L stainless steel in amine CO_(2) capture system by long-period immersion test and electrochemical methods (potentiodynamic cycle polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) with scanning electron microscopy (SEM)&X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis methods.The results show that in amine CO_(2) capture system,the corrosion potential of 304L stainless steel would decrease,dimensional passivation current density would increase,the over passivation potential would decrease,and the corrosion resistance would decrease with the increase of temperature,High Cl^(-) concentration is easy to induce pitting corrosion but the introduction of CO_(2) makes the passivation film more protective,and the corrosion rate of 304L stainless steel is quite low in amine CO_(2) capture system,which is related to the formation of passivation film with dense Cr_(2)O_(3) as the main component.
