摘 要:混油作为成品油管道顺序输送过程中的一种特殊资源,其优化潜力巨大,合理接收并处理多批次油品间混油,可有效提高成品油管道的运行水平和经济效益。基于此,充分考虑混油接收方案和混油处理方案之间的耦合关系,以处理混油的工艺操作成本、物流运输成本、油品贬值成本和混油滞留惩罚成本最低为目标函数,构建混油接收及处理优化模型,并综合考虑混油罐油品接收、罐内混油移库,以及回掺、回炼、蒸馏、降级降价销售处理等各类处理工艺的约束条件,针对中间站混油接收方案和各站场混油处理方案进行优化决策,从而充分利用整个成品油管道系统的资源,减少因混油下载不合理或混油处理方案不合理带来不必要的成本。将所建模型应用于中国某成品油管道系统,结果显示:对于某次顺序输送循环中92#汽油顶0#柴油的单个混油段,模型优化方案的混油处理总成本较现场方案可降低约24%,该成品油管道系统每年可降低“汽柴”类型混油处理总成本约1.26×10^(6)元/a。研究成果能够有效避免混油下载或处理方案不合理引发的一系列问题,可为现场实际运行决策提供一定的理论指导。As a special resource in the sequential transportation process of multiproduct pipelines,the optimization potential of mixed oil is great.Rational reception and treatment of mixed oil between adjacent batches of products can effectively improve the operation level and economic benefits of pipelines.In view of this,by fully considering the coupling relationship between reception schemes and treatment schemes of mixed oil,an optimization model for mixed oil reception and treatment is established with the objective function of minimizing the total cost of processing mixed oil,including operation,transportation,product depreciation,and retention penalty costs.At the same time,taking into account the constraints associated with mixed oil reception and relocation in contaminated oil tanks,as well as various processing technologies including blending,recycling,fractionation,and degradation sales,the paper simultaneously optimizes the reception schemes of mixed oil at intermediate stations and the treatment schemes of mixed oil at each station.The model is proposed in order to optimize the utilization of resources in the entire pipeline system and minimize unnecessary costs caused by inefficient downloading or treatment schemes of mixed oil.The proposed model is applied to a multiproduct pipeline system of China,and the results show that for the mixed oil “92# gasoline-0# diesel” in a certain sequential transportation cycle of this pipeline system,the total cost of contaminated product treatment under the optimization plan obtained by the proposed model is reduced by about 24% compared to the on-site plan.This pipeline system can reduce the total treatment cost for contaminated product “gasoline-diesel” by approximately 1.26 million ¥ annually.The proposed approach effectively avoids a series of problems that may arise from unreasonable plans for contaminated products downloading or processing,and provides certain theoretical guidance for decision-making during on-site actual operation.
