摘　　要：《油气与新能源》期刊于2021年3月获准公开出版发行,是在中国石油规划总院拥有30年办刊历史的《石油规划设计》基础上更名创办的。近年来,能源结构向绿色低碳转型已经成为全球共识,未来能源发展的方向必然是多种能源综合化利用。在能源革命进程中,将会产生大量多能融合互补发展的新观点、新战略、新理论与新技术,《油气与新能源》将为学术界打造“油气+新能源”融合发展的崭新平台。Approved for publication in March 2021,the journal of Petroleum and New Energy comes into play instead of its former Petroleum Planning and Engineering run for 30 years by PetroChina Planning and Engineering Institute.The globalized low-carbon oriented transition of energy mix in recent years will lead to an inexorable future of integrated exploitation of multiple energy sources,initiating new perspectives,theories,strategies and tech-nologies associated with integrated multi-energy development.
