摘  要:针对现有散粮连续卸船机型的不足,以提高卸船效率、降低卸船能耗、减小清舱量及降低设备自重为目标,充分融合水平螺旋主动取料能力、垂直螺旋供料易调控、挡边带斗垂直提升与水平输送一体化、带式输送能耗低且易弯折等技术特征,研制具有高效、轻型、节能、智能等优越性能的连续卸船机,实际应用效果良好。Addressing the shortcomings of existing continuous ship unloaders for bulk grain,this project aims to improve unloading efficiency,reduce energy consumption,minimize residual cargo in holds,and decrease equipment weight.By integrating key technological features—such as the active material intake capability of horizontal screws,the easily adjustable feeding of vertical screws,the combined vertical lifting and horizontal conveying of flanged bucket belts,and the energy-efficient,flexible bending of belt conveyors—we developed a high-performance continuous ship unloader characterized by efficiency,lightweight design,energy savings,and smart operation.The practical application has demonstrated excellent results.
