摘　　要：为优化港口起重机起升机构圆盘式出绳罩的结构布置形式,增设出绳罩安装底座,采用螺栓、垫板、法兰,调整出绳罩的位置和角度,实现出绳罩的精确安装,可避免油漆破坏,简化工序,降低制作成本,提升安装质量。In order to optimize the structural arrangement of the disc type rope outlet cover of the port crane lifting mechanism,the installation base of the rope cover is added,and the bolt,backing plate and flange are used to adjust the position and angle of the rope outlet cover to achieve the accurate installation of the rope outlet cover,which can avoid paint damage,simplify the process,reduce the production cost and improve the installation quality.
