摘　　要：针对夹轮器夹持力无法直观检测,且传统检测方法成本高的问题,研制一种便携式夹轮器夹持力检测仪,设计一体式传感器,给出了其传感器设计、检测仪硬件设计、程序及功能设计要点。Aiming at the problems that the clamping force of wheel clamps cannot be directly detected and the traditional detection methods are costly,a portable clamping force detector for wheel clamps is developed.An integrated sensor is designed,and the key points of sensor design,hardware design of the detector,program and function design are presented.
