摘　　要：针对自动化集装箱码头封闭环境下的安防管控要求,提出“三平台、五系统”的智慧安防建设方案,阐述了码头智慧安防现场态势智能感知与理解、复杂作业场景异常识别及安防行为预测、全要素立体场景安防指挥决策等关键技术,开发了一种自动化集装箱码头多域联动智慧安防平台。该平台可实现安全生产管控的一体化、精准化、流程化和智能化。Aiming at the security control requirements in the closed environment of automated container terminals,a“three-platform,five-system”smart security construction plan is proposed,which expounds the key technologies such as intelligent perception and understanding of the smart security scene situation of the terminal,abnormal identification and security behavior prediction of complex operation scenes,and all-factor three-dimensional scene security command and decision-making.A multi-domain linkage smart security platform for automated container terminals is developed.The platform can realize the integration,precision,process and intelligence of safety production control.
