摘  要:为解决带式输送机传统驱动方式驱动效率低、能耗高的问题,从三相异步电机和永磁变频电机的特性、驱动功率、运行能耗3个方面进行分析对比,得出带式输送机在永磁变频电机直驱情况下,能够显著提高机构效率、降低系统能耗的结论,可为带式输送机的节能降耗改造提供参考。To address the issues of low driving efficiency and high energy consumption in traditional driving methods for belt conveyors,a comparative analysis was conducted from three aspects:the characteristics of three-phase asynchronous motors and permanent magnet variable frequency motors,driving power,and operational energy consumption.The results indicate that belt conveyors driven directly by permanent magnet variable frequency motors can significantly improve mechanical efficiency and reduce system energy consumption.This study provides a reference for energy-saving and consumption-reducing modifications of belt conveyors.
