江西省水权水市场现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：开展水权水市场建设,充分发挥市场对水资源的优化配置作用,促进水资源的高效利用,是落实国家节水行动方案的必然要求。通过分析江西省水权水市场现状、交易情况以及存在的问题,并结合江西省典型水权交易主要形式,提出了新阶段江西省水权水市场的发展方向及建议,为全省探索推进水权水市场改革工作提供了方向引领,同时为今后南方丰水地区的改革提供重要参考。It is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the national water-saving action plan to carry outthe construction of the water right and water market,give full play to the optimal allocation of water resources by themarket,and promote the efficient use of water resources.By analyzing the current situation,transaction situation andexisting problems of the water right market in Jiangxi Province,and combining the main forms of typical water righttransactions in Jiangxi Province,the development direction and suggestions of the water right market in Jiangxi Provincein the new stage are put forward,which not only provides a direction for the province to explore and promote the reformof the water right market,but also an important reference for the future reform of the water-rich areas in the SouthChina.
