摘  要:针对南京市取水户上报的当季取水量与年内平均取水量或往年相应季度平均取水量存在偏差的问题,研发了南京市水资源取水计量统计复核技术系统,该系统通过摄像机实时采集流量计读数,经图像处理和模板匹配实现流量数据识别,再通过对比取水户上报数据,实现取水数据的校核。实践应用表明:系统能实现监督取水户数据,统计取用水量功能,可为水资源监管提供技术保障。In view of the deviation between the quarterly water intake and the annual average water intake or thecorresponding quarterly average water intake in previous years reported by Nanjing water users.A Measurement StatisticsReverification Technology System for water intake measurement in Nanjing has been developed.The system collectsflowmeter readings in real time through the camera,identifies the flow data through image processing and templatematching,and verifies the water intake data by comparing the data reported by water users.The practical applicationshows that the system can supervise the data of water users,make statistics of water consumption,and provide technicalsupport for water resources supervision.
