摘  要:沉水植物生长后期腐败导致的水质退化是当前黄河流域水生态修复面临的普遍问题,科学确定不同沉水植物的适宜收割时机是后期管理的关键。本文通过室内培养试验研究提出了黄河流域3种优势沉水植物的收割水温临界点。结果表明:水温降至12.38℃时,篦齿眼子菜(Potamogeton?pectinatus)和穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum?spicatum)进入衰败期,相对电导率均值由25.12%升高到39.84%,水体氮磷浓度呈上升趋势;而金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum?demersum)尚未进入衰败期,相对电导率稳定在25.41%左右。建议篦齿眼子菜和穗花狐尾藻在水温13℃时进行收割作业,金鱼藻在水温8℃时进行收割作业。研究结果可为3种沉水植物在黄河流域水生态修复工程中应用和管理提供参考。The degradation of water quality due to the decay of submerged plants,especially in their late growth stages,is a prevalent issue in aquatic ecological restoration efforts,including those in the Yellow River Basin.Scientifically determining the appropriate harvesting timing for different submerged plants is crucial for maintaining ecological balance and preventing eutrophication,as evidenced by studies on aquatic plant management.This article proposes critical harvesting water temperature points for three common submerged plants in the Yellow River Basin,based on indoor cultivation studies.ion experiments.Results indicated that upon reaching a water temperature of 12.38℃,Potamogeton pectinatus and Myriophyllum spicatum commenced a decline phase,exhibiting an increase in average relative conductivity from 25.12%to 39.84%,accompanied by a rise in nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in the water;However,Ceratophyllum demersum has not yet entered the decline stage,with a stable relative conductivity of around 25.41%.It was suggested that the harvesting of Potamogeton pectinatus and Myriophyllum spicatum should be carried out at a water temperature of 13℃,and the harvesting of Ceratophyllum demersum should be carried out at a water temperature of 8℃.The results can provide reference for the application and management of three submerged plants,Potamogeton pectinatus,Potamogeton perfoliatus and Myriophyllum verticillatum,in the Yellow River Basin water ecological restoration project.
