摘　　要：【目的】分析2023年上海市黄浦区新发现人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者CD4+T淋巴细胞(简称“CD4细胞”)与病毒载量检测结果,探究两者相关性,为制定有针对性的预防控制措施和抗病毒治疗方案提供科学依据。【方法】收集2023年上海市黄浦区新发现HIV感染者CD4细胞计数、病毒载量、人口学特征等数据并运用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。【结果】黄浦区67例HIV新发现感染者CD4细胞计数均值为(301.22±235.19)个·μL^(-1),病毒载量均值为(5.15±1.28)×10^(5)拷贝·mL^(-1),不同年龄人群CD4细胞计数和病毒载量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但不同性别和不同婚姻状况人群CD4细胞计数和病毒载量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),CD4细胞计数和CD4/CD8比值与病毒载量lg值均负相关(r=-0.290、-0.378,P=0.027、0.002)。【结论】2023年黄浦区新发现HIV感染者CD4细胞计数普遍偏低,高病毒载量感染者比例较高,老年感染者风险较大,老年群体已逐渐成为黄浦区艾滋病防控的重点人群。建议扩大老年人群HIV筛查范围,降低HIV传播风险,提高早发现早治疗率。[Objective]To analyze the detected results of CD4+T lymphocytes and viral load in newly identified human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infected patients in Huangpu District of Shanghai in 2023,to explore the correlation between them,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of targeted prevention and control measures and antiviral treatment programs.[Methods]The data of CD4 cell count,viral load and demographic characteristics of the newly infected patients living with HIV in Huangpu District,Shanghai in 2023 were collected and analyzed by using descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]The mean CD4 cell count of the 67 newly identified HIV infected patients in Huangpu District was(301.22±235.19)cells·μL^(-1),with a mean viral load of(5.15±1.28)×10^(5)copies·mL^(-1),There were statistically significant differences in CD4 cell count and viral load among different age groups(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences by gender and marital status(both P>0.05).The CD4 cell count and CD4/CD8 ratio both were negatively correlated with the lg value of viral load(r=-0.290,-0.378;P=0.027,0.002).[Conclusion]The CD4 cell counts of the newly identified HIV infected patients in Huangpu District in 2023 were generally low,the proportion of patients with high viral load was high,but the risk for elderly infected with HIV was high.The elderly have gradually become the key population for AIDS prevention and control in Huangpu District.It is recommended to expand HIV screening in the elderly to reduce the risk of HIV transmission and increase the rate of early detection and treatment.
